This is probably a wonderful glue on its own. However, if you are a pour painting artist that is looking for clear glue this is not going to work. It dries too fast, cracks and ruined every painting I’ve done.This glue is great for arts and crafts.Pro- its super clearCons- for clear glue it smells a little odd. Other brands have almost no scent. It gets weirder over time.It deceives you into thinking it's great for slime. Wait a day. It gets sticky quickly, even when activating and clear coating it well.It doesn't inflate when playing with it like Amazon or Elmer's brand. It does have decent pops.When using it in a DIY slime I made, it made the slime overall stickier and just.. weird.It also melts when adding food coloring, requiring even more activator. Ive not seen this happen before. Using dry powder pigment it however responds ok.Oveall, it reminds me of a more sticky version of store bought slime. Doesn't pass the test for selling in my etsy shop.i made slime with this and it was good!Price was goodI ordered this to make slime. Arrived quickly, completely clear, and such a great price for the amount. If it's not clear it's only because it has bubbles from shipment. Allow it to sit a few days and it will be fine. It made fantastic slime. Using approximately 1 cup water, 1 tsp baking soda, 2 cups clear glue, a few squirts of contact solution, and a splash of acrylic paint. Mix and knead until satisfied. Very happy and so is my daughter. Even after 2 weeks (kept in an air tight container when not being used) the slime is still good and has no crazy odor whatsoever.I like this glue. The texture is different from Elmer's clear glue. This one is thicker to me and smelling a little odd but you can add aroma oil to change it. I like the texture but the color is more yellowish than Elmer's and it doesn't return back to clear clear after you touch. I leave other slimes that are made up of Elmer's then usually it turns back to clear (of course, you have to touch it with clean hands on clean surface) For the price, I like it overall.I used this glue to make slime along with liquid starch.Mix 1/3 cup glue and 1/3 cup water wellAdd colorant (food coloring is normally used, I make soap so I used some micas), glitter or anything special at this point (I also used FOs at this point)Mix 1/3 cup liquid starch, once the slime starts to pull together you will need to use your hands to mix it. The more you play with it the better the consistency becomes. It takes about 10 minutes to get it all mixed together.Works well for clear slime, but less expensive than purchasing individual bottles. Bottle is heavy so kids will need some help pouring, but worth it. From the first few batches, I expect to get 10-15 batches of slime from this bottle, depending on how big they are.I bought this to make clear slime. I believe it’s missing a certain ingredient. However if it’s popped into the microwave it works. Just not what I expected.
